How It Works

ANPR cameras (or standard cameras with adequate plate visibility) feed into Police.live's X-B3 AI processor. The plate detection model identifies plates within frames, the OCR model reads characters, and the matching engine compares against active watchlists in real time.

When a flagged plate is detected, an alert appears on the operations console with the plate read, vehicle image, camera location, AI confidence score, and the watchlist match details. All plate reads — flagged or not — are logged for historical search.
